A Champion's Mindset

Most of you would be familiar with the Growth and the Fixed Mindset, specifically, how a belief that your abilities are fixed, and another that your qualities can be cultivated, can lead you towards entirely different outcomes.

But,

You may not necessarily know how to develop an awareness of your own Fixed Mindset thoughts or have a strategy to shift from the Fixed to Growth Mindset when faced with challenges.

This program will show you how you can enjoy learning and develop resilience that is the basis of great accomplishments.

Specifically, you will…

1. Gain an in-depth understanding about the implications of Mindset on your resilience, ability to perform with confidence and development.

2. Develop thought awareness

3. Learn how to apply the ESL (Effort, Support & Learning) Reflection Method to cope with challenges in Sport and in Life.

A certificate of completion will be issued upon successful completion of this course. Please input your name, as to how you would like it to be stated on the certificate, during enrolment.
